Bart was trying really hard to beat a video game in ten minutes, also getting…

“I TRIED TO MAKE CUPCAKES BUT THIS OVEN IS WEIRD AND I SET IT ON FIRE I’M GOING TO BURN THE WHOLE MOUNTAIN DOWN AND EVERYONE WILL KICK ME OUT!” She seemed legitimately distressed by this, like she wasn’t yet secure in her role on the team. “PUT IT OUT PUT IT OUT PUT IT OUT!”

Bart looks at her for a moment then grins because omg I get to be a hero, “OKAY STAND BACK!” grabs the hose in the sink and starts to spray things because he was never taught how to use the extinguisher.

Pixie stands back, trying not get sprayed by the hose but gets sprayed anyway, and can’t help but grin just a little. “Yay!” She claps a little when the flames are out, still barely skimming the floor, supported by her wings.

Bart stops moving so fast and looks at her, grinning goofily with his normally messy hair wet and stuck ot his head, “Did I get it all?”

Pixie laughs slightly at his expression. “I think so,” she says, going to the oven and opening it slowly. Sighing, she pulls out the tray of cupcakes, which look more like large lumps of coal at this point. “Dammit.”

Bart smiles a bit more at her laugh and then looks at the things she pulled out, “I…Are they supposed to look like that? Is it a santa theme? Has someone been naughty?”

Pixie rolled her eyes. “Yes, I always set my cupcakes on fire, it gives them that extra pizazz.” She sighed and set the tray down. “We should just stick to take-out.”

Bart grinned at her and ran a handt hrough his wet hair, “Hey. I would eat them with enough frosting.”

Pixie smirked and fluttered up so she was sitting on the counter. “Oh really? Are you willing to have me test that claim?”

Bart paused and narrowed his eyes slightly, “I……..yeees?” damndamndamn why must i love females so muhuhuuuuch.

Pixie grinned and went to the fridge, she’d been kidding but now she decided to see if he’d actually go through with it. “I got Buttercream frosting, I hope that’s okay?”

“Yeah yeah yeah, I love ~~you~~ frosting!” looks at the cupcakes with absolute terror.

Pixie smirked as she came back with the frosting and a knife. “Say when,” she said, slathering one of the burned cupcake lumps with a generous amount of frosting.

Bart didn’t say when until there was hardly any cupcake left visible.

Pixie laughed evilly in her head but smiled innocently on the outside and handed him the cupcake.

Bart felt like crying as he stuffed teh whole thing in his mouth.

Bart was trying really hard to beat a video game in ten minutes, also getting very annoyed with the pace it was going.

Finally frustrated and slightly scared for her life, Pixie set aside her pride and decided to ask someone for help. Or rather scream. “SOMEONE HELP THE KITCHEN IS BURNING!”
